In our restaurant, alongside the unmissable “Cassoulet de Castelnaudary with goose confit” you will find “Gastronomic” cuisine, traditional or regional dishes, but also Bistro cuisine. Le Colombier wants to be the antithesis of “trendy”, away from fleeting fashions: here you don't eat “little arm”, you come to have fun. Today Le Colombier welcomes both lovers of traditional cuisine and guests curious about discoveries and sensations.

All dishes are home-cooked and served with seasonal vegetables. The products are selected by the Chef for their extreme quality.
