Located on the left bank of the city, it is the only covered market in Toulouse to have retained its original state. This peculiarity brings to the place a popular, friendly atmosphere and gives a charm reminiscent of the Spanish influence of the city. About thirty exhibitors offer a wide choice of fresh products: fruit and vegetables, meats and cold cuts, cheeses, fish, seafood, breads and even spice and olive stands. On Mondays, the usual day of break, the hall is not totally inactive because it houses all day long, under its awnings, a bookseller's market.
