One of the busiest gardens in the city, it welcomes walkers, families and more generally, Toulouse residents looking for greenery during the day and revelers in the evening. Located on the banks of the Garonne, right by the water, the Filtres meadow offers magnificent views of the river and the quays of Tounis and their beautiful pink bricks. In summer, it is adorned with fine sand to welcome Toulouse Plage, and the rest of the time, it hosts many festive events. Its name comes from the system of filtering and pumping water from the Garonne, used to supply the fountains of Toulouse from the water tower.
